20 Days Easy Return/Exchange

We are passionate about ensuring that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind about an item purchased on Brazilianbikiniswimsuits.com, you are entitled to a return or an exchange within 20 days of receipt should it meet the below requirements:

- Item in original condition, including unworn and unwashed: 

Extra care must be taken when trying on swimsuit, please make sure that swimsuit is tried on over your own underwear and ensure you are not wearing any makeup, perfume or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse returns of items where it's obvious that this hasn't been done or protective adhesive strip had been removed.

Then, please contact our customer service representative to get the return authorization.

Returns Shipping Suggestion:

Please return via your local post office to avoid tax. Any lost or damaged in transit are the responsibility of the customer, so be sure to keep a record of your tracking number as a reference. Please note that we do not accept packages returned using C.O.D. service.

Shipping Fee of Return or Exchange:

Customer will be responsible for return shipping fee, duty, tax incurred on an exchange or refund order is at the customers’ expense and cannot be refunded, unless deemed faulty by Brazilianbikiniswimsuits.com representative. 

Refund Payments:

Refunds will be processed in the method as the original payment within 14 business days of we receiving the return parcel. Notification email will be sent at the time of this transaction.

NOTE: Brazilianbikiniswimsuits.com cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing timeframes.

Exchanges Request:

Brazilianbikiniswimsuits.com offers exchanges that meet the above requirements  for another size, colour or item; subject to product availability.
One time exchange only per order applies, unless product deemed faulty by Brazilianbikiniswimsuits.com Representative. Should a refund be requested for the exchanged item, we are happy to process a refund, should it meet the Returns Policy requirements. Exchange will be processed within 3-7 business days of receipt and notification email will be sent.

Received Defective Swimsuits:

If you happen to receive defective swimsuits, kindly email us photos along with your order number within 3 days of receiving the order. Our representative will assist you in resolving the issue.

Brazilianbikiniswimsuits.com reserves the right to reject the returns of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.
